Session fees
£130
per 50-minute session
A session runs for 50 minutes and costs £130, whatever has brought you to us. That rate covers the session itself: the psychologist’s time, the clinical thinking that goes into planning your care, and any notes kept between appointments. There’s one fixed fee rather than a sliding scale, so what you’re quoted at the outset is what you pay throughout.
Payment is due before each session, taken by bank transfer or by card. Once our clinical team has matched you with a psychologist, you’ll be sent the details you need to pay ahead of your first appointment, and the same method applies for every session after that.
If a session needs to be cancelled or rearranged, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. That slot is reserved specifically for you and isn’t offered to anyone else in the meantime, so cancelling or rescheduling with less notice than that may still mean the full fee is charged.
Some clients hope to claim these fees back through health insurance rather than paying out of pocket. Whether that’s possible depends on your particular policy and provider, so mention it when you complete get started and we’ll talk through what your insurer is likely to need, which can include pre-authorisation or a referral letter.
Once you’ve completed our short get-started questionnaire, our clinical team aims to come back to you within 24 hours on working days with next steps and a proposed first appointment.
